Ford Mustang 1969



I think my story is similar to many....I fell in love with this baby and had to have it.
Purchased last year and been lovingly stored and occasionally driven around the streets. I can actually count the number of outings on both hands...and there lies the issue.
With an impending business purchase, I see the sense in liquidating this beauty and letting it be driven rather than just admired.
She?s beautiful....fantastic condition for her now 50th year.
Standard bar three items:
The feet
An oversized radiator (but a period model)
And new headers/extractors.....whatever they are called....whatever makes it sound so bloody good! ... the original headers come with it.
This car is in excellent condition...stored in a garage under a cover.
I have completely forgotten to do rego and warrant so that will be sorted and probably will get it serviced and tuned as I meant to do so when I bought it.
Absolutely no issues or hidden faults....I pride myself on my Auto Insiders reputation and history....
It?s a genuine sale of a great machine that I shouldn?t have bought without considering its on going use.
I would never hold anyone to a sale they had doubts over so your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Definitely no tyre kickers or joy riders (I hate anyone else driving it at the best of times).
I am open to getting it to you at my cost for the sale price, but I will not give this baby away and the price is realistic....just search Auto Insiders to see that.
It even has original production papers from the states (really old papers in fragile condition).
Note this car has been in NZ since 1974 with some long term owners so not a dodgey import. It has won some Mustang club awards in previous years apparently...in Taranaki
Would consider a swap for 1956 F100 understanding this beast commands its value.
Call to discuss at anytime....but understand I?m not thrilled at selling it and if the business purchase is completed at the right price I will retain it and may have wasted your time reading all this.
