DESCRIPTION

Suzuki GSXR 1989

**bike is in Nelson**

The first road bike I ever owned. This gixxer has been with me for almost half of my life and during that time has traveled all around the place including to the Brass Monkey motorcycle rally.

Every component on it has had my hands on it at least once. One time it was completely disassembled in the family lounge much to my mothers surprise. A few years back the engine gave up after having rebuilt it once before and had since sat in storage until a donor could be found. One was found and the transplant was successful.

The registration ran out because I forgot about it and now have a bigger bike, the larger brother of this one. Honestly the bike won?t be used and I?d be keeping it for sentimental value at this point. So, if someone out there wants an old school learner bike that will eat up the modern versions of it then here you go.

It has new Pirelli sport demon tyres, gel grips, tinted screen, new clutch, fork seals, x-ring chain, sprockets, powder coated frame and wheels and probably other things I have forgotten.

Feel free to ask any questions.
